EXCHANGE | RETURN POLICY

Exchange & Return Policy – Garimma Ethnic

Please read our exchange and return guidelines carefully.

1. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery.

• The saree must be unused and in original condition
• Product should be returned in its original packaging
• Exchange requests after 4 days will not be accepted

Note: We do not provide pickup service. Customers must arrange return shipping at their own expense.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

• An unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory as proof
• Without video proof, return requests will not be accepted
• Product must be returned in original condition

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Important Notes

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
