6. Damaged Products

All products undergo strict quality checks before shipping. However, damages during transit are beyond our control.

Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

7. Missed Delivery

• Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• Uncollected orders will be returned to us
• Re-shipping charge: ₹250
• Cash-on-Delivery orders will be re-shipped only after prepaid payment
