Shipping & Delivery Policy – India

Garimma Ethnic ships across all serviceable pin codes in India.

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

1. Order Dispatch

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day
• In case of delays, customers will be informed in advance
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

2. Delivery Timeline

Within India:

• Metro Cities: 2–3 working days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to logistics or operational issues beyond our control.

International Orders:

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 days
• Delays may occur due to customs or international transit

3. Shipping Charges

Within India:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders
• ₹150 shipping/COD charge on Cash-on-Delivery orders

International Shipping:

• Charges are calculated based on product weight at checkout
• Shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis
• Import duties, customs charges, and taxes must be paid by the customer

Failure to pay customs duties may result in the order being returned. In such cases:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return charges may be deducted from the refund
